Update No. 3: Repairs and Keys

Friday, October 30, 2026

1. Elevators

Schindler is on site today for emergency repairs and has started work on the elevator at 758 Kipps Lane. The parts for the major elevator repairs are in stock. Work on the remaining elevators at 756 and 758 Kipps Lane starts next week.

  • Elevator repairs reported at other buildings will be done as soon as contract negotiations with certain vendors are finalized.

2. Garbage

40 yard bins are being delivered to Kipps Lane on Monday to clear the garbage overflow.

3. Keys

Keys will be available for pickup starting Monday. Details on how to book a time and how pickup works will be posted later today.

4. Heat

We have heard from owners about heating problems. We are contacting contractors to get them fixed as soon as possible.

An engineer has been engaged and has reviewed the leaking roofs in Sarnia.
